Oh.one more tip: Make sure your game is updated! You can do this through your game launcher. Go to the launcher, go to the downloads tab (in the launcher) and select the content, then click Install. Then open the launcher you use to start your game. Now for Sims3Packs, you have to use your launcher.just place them in your Downloads folder which is in Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3 folder. To do this, go to Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods.Once you're in that folder, simply right-click anywhere and then select 'Paste. Try downloading something else like a lipstick and then you can find it easily when creating a new sim, just to check you are doing it right. If that doesn't work, then you are either doing something wrong or perhaps you can't find where it is in game, or there is something wrong with the content itself. package files into the Packages folder and they should work in game.
